2. Overview of Data Processing

We process personal data only as necessary. Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(a) DSGVO (consent), Art. 6(1)(b) (contract), Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest). No profiling or automated decision-making.

3. Hosting

Hosted by Vercel Inc., USA. Vercel processes IP address, browser type, OS, referrer, timestamps. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO. DPA concluded with Vercel. USA transfer via EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use localStorage for language (elitex-lang), theme (elitex-theme), and consent (elitex-cookie-consent). Strictly necessary per TTDSG §25(2). No tracking cookies.

5. AI Chatbot (AI Nexus Gateway)

AI chatbot powered by OpenRouter Inc., accessed via Vercel Edge Function proxy:

• Input sent to Edge Function, forwarded to OpenRouter API.
• No conversations stored — stateless, streaming-based.
• OpenRouter may process data per their privacy policy.
• No personal data required. Do not enter personal data.
• Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) DSGVO (voluntary consent).

AI identified per EU AI Act Art. 52. Responses may be inaccurate.

6. Google Fonts

Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd) transmits your IP. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO. Google Privacy Policy.

EliteX provides design and development services. Descriptions are non-binding. Contracts require explicit written agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content — design, code, text, graphics, logos — is EliteX intellectual property, protected by copyright.

4. AI Chatbot Usage

The AI Nexus Gateway is provided “as is” for informational purposes. AI responses are not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. No warranty on accuracy or reliability.

5. Limitation of Liability

Liable only for intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Does not apply to injury to life, body, or health.

6. Governing Law

German law applies, excluding CISG. EU consumers benefit from mandatory provisions of their residence.

7. Severability

Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.
